We are currently experiencing an issue with our primary email server.  The vendor is involved and working to resolve the issue.  Email delivery is the only aspect of the system that is affected.  Email messages generated by the application are being held in and will be processed as soon as the server becomes operational. 

The Bluewave Professional Pet Sitter application is operational and functional with the exception of delivering email.  All data stored in the system is secure.  Email messages generated by the system will be sent when the server becomes operational.

Because we can not deliver email any email messages to Bluewave, Inc. or Professional Pet Sitter are not being delivered and therefore will not be answered. 

If you have other questions about the application, or would like to log a trouble ticket, please go to http://support.bluewave.bz/.  There you can CREATE an account, log a trouble ticket, track the progress of the ticket.

We realize that many of our clients depend solely on email to communicate with clients and apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused.  Although the system can not send email confirmations at the present time , you can communicate with your client through your personal or company email system.  To send an entire or part of a service confirmation, start with previewing the service confirmation, then selecting the text you wish to send, selecting the menu option "copy" or CTRL-C or CMD-C, then pasting the copied text into a email message and sending it.
