Resolving combined/merged orders that have multiple "Automatic Discounts"

Q: I merged two service orders; each of them had an automatic discount.  Now the combined order has two discounts. 
How do I remove one of the discounts?

 

A: First, make sure that the item “VOID” is marked “Active” in your Admin / Item List Maintenance screen. 
Display the Service Order Item List for the order in question and follow the instructions shown below.
